FAQ
- Is the Discover plan really free?
- Yes, with no time limit. You get Scope 1–2 calculation, emission factor libraries, the emissions summary and the standards assistant for 2 users.
- Do I pay monthly or yearly?
- Either. Paying yearly, you pay for 10 months instead of 12. You can change your plan, add-on modules and credit packs at any time under Settings → Subscription.
- Where is our data stored?
- In the EU (AWS Frankfurt). When you use AI features the relevant text is sent to Anthropic to generate the answer; it is not used for model training.
- What happens when my AI credits run out?
- AI actions pause until the end of the month; calculations, data entry and reports keep working. You can add a credit pack if you need more.
- Do our suppliers pay?
- No. Suppliers answer through a personal link, without an account.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings → Subscription → Invoices, payment method and cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; your workspace then returns to the Discover plan and your data is not deleted.
How AI credits are counted
Credits are counted per action, not per token, and renew every month. When they run out, calculations and data entry keep working.
