Contract
These terms govern the use of provided by AtherosAI B.V. to business customers. Consumers are not our customers.
Plans
The Discover plan is free of charge. Paid plans, add-on modules and AI credit packs are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as chosen at purchase, according to the price list on the pricing page. Enterprise terms are agreed in a separate contract.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for another billing period (month or year) unless cancelled before the renewal date in the billing portal; after cancellation the workspace returns to the Discover plan. Unpaid subscriptions become read-only; data is not deleted during the retention period.
Customer data
Customers own their data and are responsible for its accuracy. supports reporting but does not replace professional advice or statutory assurance.
Availability
We aim for high availability; Enterprise contracts include a 99.5% monthly availability target and service credits as agreed.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event, except for intent or gross negligence.
Law
Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
